The Role:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
• Attending marketing appraisals
• Prospecting -database calls, door knocking, letterbox drops
• Email, appointment, and diary management
• Buyer callbacks following open homes
• Database development and maintenance
• Assisting with property presentation for market

The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Previous Real Estate experience – you could be a property manager looking for a change or a sales associate seeking to take the next step!
• Strong attention to detail is a must!
• Fantastic communication skills
• Passion & drive
