Our client is a leading Director specialising across the Upper North Shore listing and selling over $1 billion throughout their career. Working within a team that is a well-oiled unit, this is an agent that wants to progress every individual in their team to be a successful agent. If you are looking to work in a fantastic open planned office with a shop front on a grand scale, in a prominent location surrounding by EVERYTHING you need, then this is the role for you.
  
The Role:
Monday – Saturday with time off during the week, we are seeking a switched on individual to slot into a fast paced environment. Support a Million Dollar Agent managing approximately 10 listings at one stage, this is a Sales Agent situated in the top performers Nationally. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Work alongside a number 1 Director
• Attend pre listing presentations
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
• Supporting the full sales process
• Assisting with open for inspections
• Database management
• General administration duties involved
• Organising material for listing presentations
• Prospecting and cold calling

  
The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred
• Needs someone with pride!
• We want someone that wants a career!
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver's license
• Strong administration and communication skills
