Sales / Business Development Manager - with Great Benefits

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction sales and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop collateral and promotions that drive sales.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
• Regularly report on sales results and forecast future sales.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure clients are aware of our latest offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role within the construction or building materials sector.
• Must have existing connections/networks with large commercial/industrial building contractors.
• Strong market knowledge and a network of contacts in the construction industry in Western Australia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
