Sales Consultant

No scripts and no hard sell.  You will use your outbound calling skills to sell and support our Book Fairs and Book Club businesses within the schools market. This means partnering with your schools to help them implement, run and grow our programs. You will be sales person, event manager and coach with a focus on making our programs more fun and more effective every year.

Your package includes a base salary plus commission ensuring that you are rewarded for the work you do and growth that you create. 

We provide all equipment required to support you working from your home.  If you have an internet connection and a space to work we will provide the rest. 

We want to help you succeed and provide ongoing sales coaching, training and team lead learning.

We are seeking someone who has:

• Experience in outbound telephone sales 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to exceed customer expectations
• Attention to detail
• Excellent telephone manner
