You will play an inportant role in representing their brand from the frontline, in person and over the this role, you will respond to inbound sales inquiries, attend networking events, assist in the collection of information and and business Role:Providing excellent customer service and support to new and existing customers both in person and over phone/email/livechatAssist with related administration futiesContacting and following up new customer leads via phone/emailBuild out guest lists and attend company/networking eventsProvide customer insights to marketing teamAbout You:Customer service or sales experience highly preferred with a confident phone mannerHigh level of personal appearanceStrong ability to take initiative, problem solve and take ownership of your responsibilitiesPersonable, friendly and bright attitude.
