We are seeking a personable, empathetic, and customer experience-driven Sales Consultant for an exciting 12-month contract. Based on a hybrid working arrangement from Brisbane QLD (open to VIC and NSW for the right applicant) with the requirement to travel, you will be the trusted point of contact for residents and families, helping them navigate and access lifestyle and optional service offerings across our aged care and retirement living communities.
You will also assist in guiding existing residents and their families through the transition from legacy Additional Services to our High Everyday Living Fees (HELF) framework. You will ensure this change is communicated with absolute clarity, empathy, and care, minimising complexity for our residents.
