The Role:

Are you a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for furniture, homeware, or interior design? Our client seeks a Full-time Sales Consultant with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster meaningful relationships with customers through personalised interactions, understanding their preferences, and offering tailored recommendations.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and showcasing our exclusive products.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate value and benefits.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to elevate the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for every client.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in premium retail sales and customer service, preferably within furniture or homeware decor.
• Passion for interior decoration and home furnishings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
