Your Role:

As a Sales Consultant stationed at one of our display homes in Melbourne's metro north or west, your primary responsibility is to excel in managing sales inquiries and optimising sales conversion at display centres.

Day-to-day tasks include (but not limited to):

• Generating Opportunities: Cultivate customer relationships, qualify leads, and explore new business avenues by liaising with local and targeted land & real estate agents along with investors.

• Marketing & Customer Service: Maintain display presentation standards, ensure current marketing collateral, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Data Management: Efficiently manage leads and customer information.

Please note: Weekend availability is required for display work, with mid-week days off. In return, lucrative commissions await.

What We Seek:

To be considered, you must demonstrate a proven sales track record in the new home market. We are after a skilled sales gun.  Experience in the housing market is a must.
