Opening our doors in 2008 we began by providing safe and secure storage options for residential and commercial customers across the western suburbs of Adelaide.
This role supports the Store Manager with the daily tasks of running the facility. You will provide top quality customer service to those who are needing a storage solution.
You will engage with customers who call or visit in person and you will provide them with our products and services, look for add on opportunities and maintain the relationship for the duration of their stay.
The role is very broad in that, no two days are the same. The main focus is on customer service, admin tasks, answering calls and maintaining site presentation and cleanliness.
You will need to have
You will need to be flexible, as we are open 7 days a week. However, you will have consistent and set roster Sunday to Thursday (Sundays 9am 1pm)
Must have a general police clearance, and willingness to attend a medical.
