Sales Consultant - WFH

We are looking for the best Sales and Customer Service Consultants to work for a highly successful, multinational company that specialises in higher education. You'll be joining a company who value and support their employees and customers, fostering innovation and learning for all. 

The opportunity: 

As a Sales Consultant, your primary role is to follow up on inquiries made through their website about the various courses they offer. This is a warm call where the customer is looking to commence studying and begin the next chapter of their life. You will listen to and engage with customers over the phone to understand their situation and motivation. Keeping things friendly and polished is the perfect balance in this position as you'll connect with a diverse bunch from all corners of Australia.

Your expertise in handling objections will be crucial in retaining individuals who may consider progressing with another education institute or are having fear based concerns regarding study. Given the diversity of the student base, a genuine interest for understanding various study paths and the unique challenges for students is essential to provide the right support.
