Sales Consultants- Energy

• Location: Collins Square, Docklands (3 mins from Southern Cross Station)
• Start Date: 16 March 2026
• Base Salary: $70K incl. super (increasing to $72K after 6 months)
• Commission: Uncapped - top performers earn $180K+ OTE
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week

This role is all about helping Australians compare energy plans, make confident decisions, and save money. You'll receive warm leads, structured training , and a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.

No sales experience? That's fine - we'll teach you everything you need.

• Speak with customers to understand their needs
• Help them compare options and choose the right energy plan
• Provide clear, honest advice that builds trust
• Create positive customer experiences
• Work toward clear, achievable KPIs
