Our dedicated team of Sales Coordinators (called Account Managers at Grays) support our business development team and vendors in the sales of our assets. A new opportunity is now available for an Account Manager to join our team to support auto, boat and caravan sales in South Australia. Working in a hybrid arrangement between home and our site at Pooraka, you’ll be working in a high-energy, fast-paced role.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage sales from start to finish.
- Overseeing vendor stock in various sales channels (including quality control of presentation onsite and online).
- Efficiently managing the day-to-day requests and requirements of vendor accounts.
- Providing pre- and post-sales support relating to promoting sales, documentation, payments and reporting.
- Collaborating with business development managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure they are regularly informed of sales and inventory activity.
- Working collaboratively with various divisions in Grays to deliver an efficient, high quality and positive customer experience.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated success in a similar position.
- A strong customer focus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage tasks, priorities and time effectively.
- The ability to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and an aptitude for understanding systems and processes.
