THE OPPORTUNITY
A fantastic opportunity exists for a full time Sales Coordinator to join the Kenworth Sales Administration Team! Be responsible for administering the processing of all Kenworth truck orders and be the interface between Kenworth dealers and internal departments on all issues relating to sales order processing.
The Kenworth Sales Administration department is a busy hub within a large production facility. We are a central point of contact, and a conduit of information between external stakeholders –our Dealer network - and internal departments involved in defining and producing our customised trucks. We pride ourselves on facilitating accurate and tailored truck orders, and proactively troubleshooting any issue that arise, accessing our extensive network and knowledge base.
Our welcoming and collaborative team works to assist each other whenever needed, and to navigate constantly changing priorities and challenges. We work hard, but the playful banter, humour and snacks ensure we all leave smiling at the end of each day.
Managers of this department are dedicated to upholding and modelling a warm, friendly and inclusive environment, to ensure that work is as enjoyable as possible.
