Sales Coordinator (Entry Level) - Competitive Pay

About the role:

We seek an exceptional candidate passionate about starting or growing their Sales career by maintaining ongoing client relationships and supporting and increasing their customer group, including small to medium-sized businesses. The Sales Coordinator will work with the Internal Sales team to support ongoing and newly acquired customers. 

This full-time position will report to our nurturing Internal Sales & CX Manager, who will work hand in hand to ensure the best service. The role is at our Corporate Head Office in the Eastern Suburbs of Brisbane, specifically in Wakerley, where free on-site car parking is available.

The position will be responsible for

• Conducting scheduled customer outbound calls for closing sales 
• Gathering information regarding accounts and assessing purchasing patterns 
• Utilise various marketing programs/processes to enhance customer intimacy for our business.
• Follow up on new warm leads for VIP hardware and software.
• Maintain accuracy and currency of customer account details.
• Ensure customer service levels are always met.

The successful applicant will:

• Enjoy dealing with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Have experience or passion for working in customer service or sales.
• Have a positive and friendly attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Have an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
