Foundever is a world leading contact centre enterprise working on behalf of some of Australia's major financial and insurance institutions. We have an exciting opportunity available within an established team in the North Sydney Office.
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives on a permanent full-time basis for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to assist the Company in supporting its client, one of the world’s largest insurance companies in a fun, vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Sales! converting warm leads to life insurance and income protection sales. All calls are warm customer leads, ZERO cold calling!
- Promoting and educating current and potential customers on insurance products and services
- Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
- Effectively use a range of technology and telephone solutions to deliver on sales/ customer requirements.
We’re looking for people with:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service roles (highly regarded)
- Available to work Monday - Friday rosters between 9.00am and 7.30pm
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Amazing communication skills
- Awesome active listening skills to help you connect with our customers.
