Job Description - Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

The Strategic Business Unit Compression Technology forms the backbone of the HOERBIGER group worldwide which has more than years of experience setting standards with performance-defining solutions for Industry.

This newly created full time role is available for immediate commencement based in Perth (Bibra Lake) and reporting directly to the Perth Branch Manager

This role will involve:-

Assisting with the day to day operations of a small but growing branch location and your responsibilities will include the following:-

  • Ensuring a high level of service is provided to customers, both internal and external at all times
  • Efficiently and accurately processing customer enquiries and orders using SAP and other internal systems
  • Ensuring the Quality Management System within HOERBIGER is adhered to
  • Working closely with company sales, service and engineering personnel
  • Maintaining relationships with customers to promote and retain business.
  • Managing information flow and dealing with different types of customer requirements.
  • Keeping customers informed of the status of orders.
  • Scheduling of workshop and field service activities
  • Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with good attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills
  • SAP (or similar) ERP system familiarity with aim to become process expert
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn fundamentals of product and service offerings
  • Ability to work well with other staff in order to expedite enquiry and order processing
  • Good understanding of commercial trading processes
  • The position is full time onsite Monday to Friday.
