Sales Customer Support Officer

The Role:

Our client is a subsidiary of one of the leading international manufacturers and providers of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding systems. With several branches in Australia and over 100 employees, they have been a part of many iconic and major projects in the construction industry. Located in Neerabup, WA, and experiencing continual growth, they are seeking a proactive Junior Internal Sales Representative to join the team and create shared values.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful applicant to work inside a successful company surrounded by experienced and determined colleagues. Training on sales processes and product training will be provided as well as ongoing support.

Your duties will include:

• Processing of inbound orders - email and phone
• Handling customer queries and questions
• Liaising with Operations with regards to customer deliveries
• Managing customer complaints in a timely manner and escalating where required
• Updating customer CRM with notes and information
• General customer service duties.
• Mon- Fri 7.30AM -3.30PM
