Job Description - Sales Development Manager

The Role

This exciting leadership opportunity as our Sales Development Manager reports into the Sales Manager and is primarily responsible to coach and mentor our New Homes Sales Consultants to achieve high performance. Additional duties and responsibilities within this fast-paced role includes: 

  • Consistently enhance and contribute to a supportive high performance team culture that aligns with the Group’s values, vision, purpose and SCA
  • Undertakes effective consultation across departments and teams, leading to collaborative efforts
  • Manage the recruitment, induction and training of new Sales Consultants, in conjunction with our Sales Training Coordinator
  • Developing strategic initiatives that challenge the status quo and elevate product a customer service offerings, team culture and business operations

You

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum three (3) years of sales experience in the WA Residential Building Industry
  • Strong and effective leadership skills, with the capability of developing a team of skilled professionals
  • Extensive building and finance knowledge, with a proven sales process
  • An ability to quickly instil trust and delivers exceptional customer service unto all key stakeholders
  • Action oriented – a strong decision maker that is resourceful in managing competing priorities
