The AHB Group and is one of the fastest growing and successful housing companies in Australia. With a healthy pipeline of more than 2,500 homes, as we continue to grow and evolve, we looking to bring in some exceptional talent into our Sales Estimating team.

Along with our growth, we are looking to addanother Sales Estimator with a view for the long term.

Being a volume builder, it is essential you have local experience in volume and residential building estimation experience.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in working in a salesestimating role with minimum 2 years experience.
• Competency with software
• Confident in dealing with multiple issues at the same time.
• Rescode and building code knowledge.
• Understand construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms.
• Ability to proactively drive an outcome working collaboratively with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Experience working with various systems and picking up systems quickly.
• Strong understanding of workflow stages in the volume Home building industry from Sales Accept to Construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
