The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator who can play a key part of the estimating in Queensland & NSW. The role will involve mostly sales estimating and ideally need someone who has on the ground construction experience. You will be expected to liaise with all internal and external departments and reporting to the Estimating Team Lead.
Skills and Experience - 2 + years’ experience minimum working on high volume residential projects
- Trade background is looked upon favourably but not essential
- Attention to detail and analytically skilled is a must
- Strong understanding of the residential building industry including construction methodology
- Ideally you will be solutions orientated
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet experience.
Benefits - Onsite parking is provided in a central Gold Coast location.
- Salary is subject to experience and can range from $70,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation
