This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting our website solutions to potential clients, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential real estate principals across Australia.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with real estate principals and their teams.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase website solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Tailor sales pitches to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Consultation:

    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our website solutions and their benefits for the real estate sector.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized solutions to enhance their online presence and business growth.

Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.
    • Collect client feedback and work with the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Australian real estate industry or SaaS (Software as a Service) sector.

Skills:

    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market and digital marketing trends.
    • Ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
