Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a high-achieving Sales Executive to join Dutton One - Mascot. We are seeking a team player, who is highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. The successful applicant will need prior experience in used car sales segment and must demonstrate a professional approach, with the ability to interact positively with both the sales team and customers.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you must have: 

    • A minimum 2 years’ sales experience.
    • Previous general, second hand or prestige automotive sales experience. An array of product knowledge across the second-hand car sector.
    • The drive and hunger to achieve aggressive sales targets via various avenues including canvasing for new clients and expanding existing client vehicle portfolio.
    • A proven strong sales track record, meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets.
    • An ability to handle customer concerns whilst maintaining an unwavering commitment to business policies.
    • A customer focused attitude, coupled with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
    • The ability to be self-motivated and target driven.
    • A commitment to total customer satisfaction.
    • Impeccable and professional presentation in order to represent the brand
    • A current valid driver’s licence.
    • Be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance.
