Position Summary:
Rise with us and identify and secure new group & catering opportunities
Work with other operational disciplines to secure conferences, meetings and events
Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements, focusing on attention to detail
Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion and providing guests with everything they need
Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
Act as a wellbeing ambassador and promote awareness for The Westin brand
About You:
Relevant experience in a similar role
