Position: Sales Representative
Location: Underwood QLD

Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Guardian Master Builders, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our house construction business. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure they choose Guardian Master Builders for their construction needs. Your goal is to exceed sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (networking, referrals, online research, etc.).
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
    • Schedule meetings with potential clients to present our services and capabilities.
  2. Sales Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Clearly articulate the value propositions and benefits of choosing Guardian Master Builders for their construction projects.
    • Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and concerns of each client.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
  4. Sales Negotiation:
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are accurate and compliant.
  5. Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
    • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of house construction processes and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
