We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills to deliver sales budgets across a diverse retail portfolio. This newly created role is largely client facing and will play a key role in supporting the leasing business unit with the overall objective of maximizing and delivering revenue opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our third line revenue opportunities.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.About the roleResponsible for the sales and revenue delivery within the Haben Retail portfolio across Australia. The role will be a key contributor to the delivery of commercial partnerships and revenue delivery across the portfolio, deliver exceptional customer experience and secure engaging and unique activations relevant to the asset and the local community. The role is solely responsible for the delivery of sales budgets across the retail portfolio including CML (Pop-Up), Vacant Shop Delivery and Media targets. You will identify, strategize and maximise income and new business opportunities across Haben’s retail portfolio.Drive performance to deliver the goals and objectives of the asset plan and budgets.Develop and maintain a sales and marketing strategy for each property with a strong pipeline for all income streams across all assets along with prospecting.Establish and maintain productive, positive relationships with clients, retailers, customers, contractors, partners in the interest of the centre(s) and Haben Property Fund.Visit all the portfolio regularly and liaise with internal & external client representatives to maintain strong communication. In addition, conduct regular competitor centre visits to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors.Facilitate communication between leasing, centre teams and clients to drive occupancy across the common mall and vacant shop.Administration responsibility and delivery, Arrears Management, Licence/Contract ManagementAbout youExperience in sales and/or leasing roles, specifically casual leasing, leasing within the property industry or other similar out of home/media sales roles would be highly regardedFamiliar with relevant Retail Leases Acts (including Casual Mall Licensing Code of Practice)Sales delivery and account management (client account management, client experience support, commercial acumen).Multi-site experience, exposure to portfolio wide deals & proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of IT proficiency including the Microsoft Office package.Willingness to travel as neededThis role will be based out of our Victorian Assets, but responsible for assets across the Haben portfolio which includes some travel from time to time.This is an exciting time to join Haben and be a part of a growing business.Role Type
