Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Salary: $75,000 + Super + Bonus
Type: Full time (9 days a fortnight)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Maximum 2 hours from Sydney, 2000)

About you
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong drive to help grow the business through conversions and active account management. The ideal candidate is a goal-getter with a proven experience managing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in meeting weekly, monthly and annual sales KPIs
- Experience in identifying quality leads and follow through the sales pipeline
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly the investing landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced soft skills
- Strong ability to be persuasive and understand the clients' needs
- Understanding of the financial services compliance rules and regulations highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and lead generation to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of high net worth clients
- Manage sales pipeline from lead to client won including qualifying and account management
- Handle client enquires and provide product information to potential clients
- Nurture strong relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified leads and clients
- Collaborate with the wider team to improve sales strategies, processes and customer acquisition.
This is a hands-on role that requires grit and an ability to implement sales techniques to meet sales KPIs. The right candidate will be passionate about investing and have a real enthusiasm to help businesses grow their client base.
