What We're Looking For • 3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development • Proven success in industrial field sales (Industry / MRO / Electronics preferred) • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Business savvy with analytical mindset • Results-driven, proactive, and collaborative • Familiarity with SAP & Microsoft tools
Bonus Points For: E-commerce knowledge Experience in Matrix organizations Project management or Automation & Control expertise
