Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Representative

Location: Remote (must be able to work within USA time zones)

Job Type: Full-Time

Rate: $6-$20 USD per hour

Salary: Base + Commission + Bonuses + Incentives (Uncapped Commission)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in high-ticket sales, specifically with transactions starting from $1,000 USD and above. Candidates must possess fluent communication skills and the ability to engage clearly and effectively with clients, minimizing accent barriers to ensure clarity in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product value to potential clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to optimize sales strategies and client satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven track record in end-to-end sales of high-ticket items, with experience handling deals of $1,000 USD and above.
  • Demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in closing sales, showcasing a history of significant transaction management.
  • Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a very strong American accent or minimal accent to ensure clarity and effective communication.
  • Self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting within USA time zones.
  • Extensive sales experience, particularly in high-ticket sales.
