The Sales Manager is a key role within our clients executive leadership team. This individual will be responsible for managing the sales operations for one of the largest sales teams in the region. The Sales Manager will work closely with all agents, assisting in managing their pipelines, providing training, and supporting their professional growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Agents in managing and growing their sales pipelines. Having thorough knowledge of all potential opportunities, and creating a culture of accountability to drive & increase overall revenue. Training and Development: Design and facilitate regular training sessions for the Agents to enhance their skills and performance. Providing extensive research analysis & insight on present market trends and thorough knowledge of the wider Property Industry. Ensure all pertinent matters are addressed in an open and constructive manner which stimulates and develops company culture & values.
Leadership: Provide mentorship & guidance to the Agents, acting as a key point of contact during complex & challenging scenarios. Preparing individual business plans for each agent, and overseeing all agent activity to improve productivity. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of the Agents regularly providing proactive mentoring & development, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Stakeholder Management: Act as a representative of the business at industry conferences, events & engagements with key stakeholders.
