Sales Manager - Business Development

We are a exciting scaffold company that is growing fast, we have every product needed for our customers, we need you to get it in front of them and grow our client base as well as manage the relationship with our existing customers.

Your role will be to focus on sales growth and client retention. 

ABOUT YOU

You will have ideally come from a construction and building background, already have proven sales experience and a willingness to learn more about your field, you are not the ordinary sales professional, you have the ability to be customer centric .

• Enthusiastic, self motivated and sales driven.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Have sound knowledge of IT systems.
• High level of customer service experience, strong relationship building skills.
• Experience in scaffolding and fall protection systems including an ability to read client plans and detail scaffold plans.
