Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to oversee the sales operations in a small boutique Caravan Dealership. The Sales Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, sales and marketing activities, caravan shows and leadership. This is a very dynamic and hands-on role for a business savvy leader that can take the business to the next level. The position reports to the Dealer Principal and is based in Campbellfield, Melbourne.
Overseeing a small team, you will help to implement and drive key strategies to ensure the success and growth of the business and brand while mentoring, coaching, and inspiring our team.
The key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
You Will Need
Ideally, you will demonstrate a history of success in terms of driving results across various facets of the dealership as well as driving a high-performing culture.
· Proven track record of achieving company targets*
· Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in growing, developing and mentoring Team Members to ensure they achieve targets and objectives
· Ability to plan, implement and report on business performance
· Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
· A strong desire to succeed
· Strong business acumen
· A current Victoria drivers licence and clean driving record

Outbound RVs has recently had a name change and is the retailer of Wonderland RV, renowned for their bespoke craftsmanship and award-winning caravans, and Zone RV, the frontrunners in innovative composite construction.
