Job Description
Devises the Sales strategy for the IVM Market in Australia and New Zealand.
Implements the Sales strategy with the support of the National Business Development Manager and Territory Business Development Manager(s)
Key stakeholder management: Manage the Key Accounts, Agents, Distribution partners and associations to align targets, sales & marketing plans & new product launches
Develop, track and review annual business plans with National accounts
The Successful Applicant
Previous team leadership experience, leading field sales teams.
Knowledge of the rural and/or industrial vegetation management space or similar applications.
A leader and team player that has a growth mind set, entrepreneurial, successes, shares insights and willing to receive feedback
