Sales Manager Overview: 

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed company goals. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the team's overall success. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, an excellent ability to explore opportunities and build relationships and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
