Sales Manager | Kunnunarra | WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the Kununurra Region, 6743 NT.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle to retain and facilitate growth in agreement market segments. This includes but not limited to periodic analysis on agreed market segments.
• Ensures the CRM database is updated & maintained.
• Grow market share leveraging existing customer base by sourcing new opportunities with WFB products and services.
• Work within approved margin/pricing matrix.
• Work within prescribed framework and pro-actively work with the Credit Team to ensure all business-critical information is provided, allowing an effective and efficient credit assessment process.
• Manage customer debtors and credit limits in line with the prescribed framework. Ensures the CRM database is updated & maintained.
• Ability to travel remotely to engage with new and existing customers onsite.

What experience is required?

• Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field. (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-oriented.
