MSM Milling is enjoying sustained ongoing growth and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive and expand our brand internationally.

Your opportunity

We have a newly created opportunity for a Sales Manager Oil – International. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager – Oil, this role will plan, coordinate and execute MSM Milling’s oil sales in the Southeast Asian and Oceania region. You will work closely with the executive and be involved with marketing, quoting, servicing and delivery of valuable sales contracts to our international customers.

Key responsibilities:

Work with Sales team to formulate a robust strategic plan for increasing sales into export markets

Contribute to the design of client development activities and marketing opportunities to ensure long term sustainable growth and profitability

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in export markets including regular travel to international markets

Maintain knowledge of the oil market and its various oil formats

Lead contract negotiation for export markets.

About You

As someone who thrives in a growing organisation, we are looking for someone with drive and a high degree of self-motivation and experience in sales in a food/manufacturing environment who has had exposure in business to business marketing and sales. You will also have:

Demonstrated success in developing relationships and sales, experience in export sales is a plus

High degree of self-motivation, strong negotiation and presentation skills

Strong sales and customer centric attitude

Readiness for regular international travel

Flexible working hours due to working with different time zones, and

Be culturally astute.
