About the Role:
My client is seeking for a dynamic Project Sales Manager for their DOC team. Responsibilities include leading market penetration in Cold Water Boosting and HVAC projects at specification level. The role involves building relationships with Consulting Engineers, Architects, Developers, and Building Services Consultants to boost brand visibility and project sales. The Manager will develop a channel strategy to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong focus on Cold Water Boosting and HVAC projects, emphasizing flagship products.
Work and build relationship with Architects, Developers, and Building Services Consultants to elevate brand visibility and secure project sales.
Strong drive for business development and initiatives.
Product selection, quotation, negotiations, bid and tenders.
Required Competences & Skills:
3+ years of experience in specification sales, preferably within the pump equipment or related industry.
Technical equipment sales experience is essential.
Good communication and strong presentation skills.
Comprehensive understanding of sales channels and adept at navigating them efficiently.
Proficient with IT systems and programs, including MS Office, CRM Dynamics, and Outlook.
Experience working in an international company would be advantageous.
