Sales Manager - Retirement - Join a Market Leader

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our business and become an integral part of a market leading, luxury retirement community in Brisbane
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role is full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, and is based on-site at the Village.
This rewarding opportunity calls for a high-performance individual with proven ability to convert enquiries into sales. You must display a positive passion for the retirement industry and sales and have the ability and determination to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. 
To be considered for the role you will have: 
• A strong track record in retirement or real estate sector is a MUST.
• Experienced in selling luxury and off-the-plan project.
• Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales.
• Sound knowledge of IT systems, CRM salesforce and processes.
• Can build rapport with customers and understands the customer journey.
• Ability to work on Saturday.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and future village residents taking them on the journey through construction to delivery.

This role also must have: 
• A strong understanding of the QLD Retirement Village Act and QLD Real Estate regulations and legislations. 
• Strong reporting and administrative competencies with the ability to adhere to policy and guidelines in line with company and legislative protocols. 
• Ability to work independently along with an ability to contribute effectively within a team environment. 
• Articulate with good communication skills – written and verbal.

Remuneration & Benefits
