The role:
Lead the sales team to deliver a successful team culture through the development and management of training, coaching and mentorship, identifying performance gaps and developing appropriate performance management strategiesDevelop and manage sales efficiency strategies including key performance indicators for pipeline management, lead management practices, self-generation techniques, conversion rates and booked charge volume outcomesAlign strategies with sales colleagues and share best-in-class practices, to ensure consistency and quality across the Small Business Services Sales (SBS)Effectively lead projects and initiatives demonstrating partner engagement, cross line of business collaboration, and change management to completionSupport the Director of Small Business Acquisition in leading key transformational initiatives across the broader Small Business Acquisition team
The ideal candidate:
Outstanding leadership experience with a proven ability to drive teams to deliver and exceed sales targetsPrevious experience in establishing team and individual capability through effective coaching and mentoring in a phone sale environmentA proven track record of managing a high performing sales teamA track record of leading change and building an impactful team cultureExperience in developing and implementing critical initiativesExperience in Acquisition and B2B corporate sales
