The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to lead our Pre‑Owned Vehicle Department. You’ll drive sales performance, coach and develop your team, manage stock sourcing and presentation, and ensure every customer receives premium experience within our award‑winning luxury dealership.

• Proven automotive sales leadership experience
• Strong ability to coach, motivate and manage a high‑performing team
• Expertise in stock sourcing, appraisals & online presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, professional and results‑driven approach
