Sales Manager - Used Vehicles

New Town Toyota is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as Sales Manager - Used Vehicles. In this hands-on management role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team in achieving monthly and annual volume and profit targets. 

This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive remuneration package; base, commission, company vehicle, fuel card, and monthly phone allowance. We also offer 2 Rostered Days Off per month. 

Our ideal candidate will...

• Deliver a customer first approach whilst focusing on long term customer retention across the dealership,
• Achieve monthly sales targets as set out in company budgets,
• Monitor daily and monthly sales, gross profit and expenses and initiate corrective actions where required,
• Work with the General Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure appropriate stock is available, including the management of ageing stock and the promotion of Toyota Certified Pre-Owned stock,
• Ensure all retail vehicles are advertised online and reviewed daily, ensuring vehicles remain priced to market,
• Monitor enquiries, conversions and lost sales on a monthly basis, including declined finance applications, and
• Lead and motivate a sales team of differing experience levels and drive their development and high performance.
