Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Role:

• Supporting the Directors and Sales team across multiple offices
• Sales Administration managing listing through to settlement
• Coordinate all marketing, advertising and social media activities
• Property marketing and agent marketing
• Booking signboard’s and instillation
• Uploading listings online
• Manage print and digital platforms including website management – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google
• Booking auctions
• Implement new branding & manage the office brand
• Ad hoc marketing/admin duties

The Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong administration and communication skills 
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• Strong administration and communication skills 
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred
• Previous Real Estate experience
