Primary Responsibilities:

Leverage your unique personality to highlight this premium brand. Animate the brand at independent and banner bottle-shops, trendy cafes and bars, top beach clubs and nightclubs, major festivals, and exclusive private events. Ensure our products are visible and accessible wherever you go, delivering excellence consistently.

• Fortify and cultivate long-term professional relationships with established clients and form new alliances with key influencers and industry leaders. Develop and sustain a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and beverage sectors, spreading enthusiasm for South Ave. Establish your personal reputation within the local scene through your extensive industry knowledge and awareness of the latest trends.
• Ensure every meeting with your clients is the highlight of their day. They will anticipate your valuable insights, sharp observations, and strategic advice. Use your sales and negotiation expertise to achieve mutually beneficial growth in earnings for both your clients and South Ave, surpassing previous marketing and sales targets. Approach problem-solving and marketing creatively, devising innovative methods to keep South Ave at the forefront in the On Premise sector.
• Take full charge of sales and marketing activities in your area. Familiarise yourself with your region, stay updated on the latest trends, and proactively seek new opportunities — securing them for South Ave. Craft and implement clever strategies and innovative tools to present the perfect pitch for South Ave.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Well-connected. You already have contacts in the nightlife or beverage industry, or can establish them quickly and smoothly.
• Background in the beverage industry, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship is highly advantageous.
• Flexible and self-reliant.
• Excellent communicator. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
• Commercial insight. You have a solid grasp of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and strong planning and negotiation abilities.
• Autonomy and teamwork. You have the ability to work autonomously and with a team on a day-to-day basis.
