Sales Operations Specialist Asset Finance & Leasing - Career Growth Potential

Leading and highly regarded global provider of Asset Finance and Leasing based in beautiful offices are now looking for a Sales Operation Specialist to join high performing sales team.      

The purpose of the role is to support high performing Sales team with a primary responsibility to manage transactions. You will be part of the expanding sales team and you will assist with providing solutions to customers and manage them through the sales process.

You will be providing support over the phone to business partners, and become a pivotal member of our sales team. 

Responsibilites include:

• Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Work closely with External Sales Managers and Internal Sales to ensure sales growth
• Achieving and exceeding KPI's
• Conducting follow up with all business partners, and provide support where needed to ensure the best customer-centric service
• Updating and maintaining the CRM database with a high degree of accuracy
• Ensure all reports are delivered efficiently and accurately.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Sales/Customer Service focused role
• Previous experience in Financial Services 
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Outstanding time management skills
• Strong team player driven by exceeding targets
