Sales Person - Mobility Equipment - with Great Benefits

Position: Sales Consultant & Product Specialist

Location: Osborne Park

Work Schedule: 38-hour week, including half day on Saturdays (8:30 am - 12:30 pm) and one additional weekday off every fortnight.

Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant at Motobility, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers to choose the most suitable products for their needs. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing expert product advice and demonstrations in the showroom and customers' homes.
• Generating written and electronic quotes.
• Handling product inquiries via telephone, in-person, and online.
• Booking sales appointments.
• Accurate documentation in our CRM Database.
• Occasional representation of Motobility at tradeshows and exhibitions.
• Assisting with store administration and stock replenishment.
• Maintaining an organised and tidy showroom.
• Loading and unloading equipment for in-home demonstrations.
• Building strong customer and community relationships, including local business collaboration.

About You 

• You may have a strong Retail background and want to work in an industry where you can have a positive impact on people's lives OR you may be studying Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy or Nursing and are looking to gain some experience with Assistive Technology and a way to apply and build your knowledge 
• You possess a valid driver's license 
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
• Are self-motivated and highly organised and enjoy working in a team 
• You have a friendly and helpful manner and are willing to go above and beyond to assist our customers 
• You are strong and fit and feel comfortable loading equipment and setting it up in customer homes for in-home demonstrations 
• You are willing to undergo NDIS new worker screening 
• You are willing to comply with any vaccination requirements set by the government and the health industry, including the flu vaccination 
• You are open to doing occasional overnight travel (all expenses included)
