About The Role 

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, we are looking for achievers, with a genuine interest in IT, to become a King IT technologist. You are an intelligent, innovative self-starter who can deliver custom tech solutions that genuinely improve lives, build effective long-term customer relationships; and generate solid sales growth. 

Yet we’re not looking for just an IT person but someone with innate social skills too. You'll engage deeply with customers, understanding their needs and crafting high-margin deals that lead to successful business outcomes. We’ll give you intensive training in sales, people handling, negotiation and problem-solving to support you and reward you with generous commissions and bonuses. You’ll have lots of autonomy too as you build your client base, and tailor-make your solutions. In essence, it's like you’re running your own business within our business, using our bespoke systems as support.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated past achievement in academic, personal or professional endeavours.
  • IT know-how – You might be able to set up your new phone, or be your family's go-to IT support - we train the rest!
  • Past sales experience is desirable – or we can train you if you have a genuine interest in sales and a determination to succeed.
  • Good job tenure in previous roles. 
  • Demonstrated ability to apply expertise to solve problems, on time and on budget.
  • Proven ability to work harmoniously, both one-on-one and collaboratively as part of a team in past roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a track record of using your interpersonal skills to build effective relationships. 
  • A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning.
