Sales Personal Assistant - Ivanhoe - Energetic Workplace

About the Role

We are looking for a very specific person; one who is highly driven, with great initiative and the potential to grow in to a successful standalone agent down the track. This 6 day a week role is to support a sales agent at our Ivanhoe office. You'll be conducting open for inspections, liaising & negotiating with buyers,  database management and assisting at opens & auctions among other duties. This role does require someone who does have experience within real estate sales and can jump right into the thick of it.

Enthusiasm and potential? You will have this in truckloads! From excellent administration skills with an eye for detail, immaculate presentation, impressive sales background, you will have a genuine hunger to be successful in all you do.  This is a busy and varied role that requires a desire to work and collaborate in a very successful team and the drive to grow your career within real estate sales. We are seeking a bright and fun individual who is HUNGRY about building their career.

What you'll need

• Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable car
• Previous real estate experience within sales is essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• An overwhelming desire to succeed within the demanding real estate sales area
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday
