Job Description - Sales Personal Assistant - Michael Hatzifotis Team

Well, we have just the opportunity for you and we’re open to candidates junior in their real estate careers! We are just seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to join Michael Hatzifotis’ team—one of Place’s Top Agents in the South Brisbane area!

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administrator who is eager to build a sustainable career in Real Estate by expanding their skills and experience and working in a dynamic, fun, and rewarding environment.
This is a full-time position available for immediate start and requires the candidate to work Monday- Friday.

The duties in this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
  • Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
  • Generating CMA’s & prospecting administration for your Lead Agent
  • Self-managing day to day tasks; and
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.
  • Any ad hoc errands as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Administrative background with a desire to learn or expand Real Estate knowledge
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute wherever needed;
  • Excellent work ethic and a high attention to detail;
  • Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities; and
  • Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package.
