The Position

We’ll get real with you, right now. The Sales and Property Management Support Traineeship role is hard work. It requires you to roll your sleeves up and learn the all fundamentals that will propel you into a successful career in real estate. It’s also a rewarding, hands-on job that’s a wonderful precursor to becoming a Property Manager. With Nitschke’s motivating and progressive culture, you’ll be set up for success.

Your Key Duties are:

Your day-to-day activities will include where appropriate to the limit of your skills, experience and licencing:

• Managing phone and walk-in inquiries
• Overseeing office presentation
• Handling sales contract management (vendor, purchaser and conveyancer communication)
• Managing keys
• Assisting with property and agent marketing collateral 
• Supporting routine inspections and Ingoing reporting

No experience is required for this position. Work experience in real estate is desirable but certainly not required, as you’ll learn on-the-job. Past roles in retail, hospitality, or customer service are favourable.
