Sales Rep (Sunshine Coast Based) - Leading Industry Pay

We have a Sunshine Coast Sales representative role available for immediate start.

This role will include:

• Working with new and established customers across the Sunshine Coast and greater Brisbane area.  Creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional activities with the goal of increasing sales across all segments of business.
• Developing new business opportunities and fully engaging with them to get to know their needs to best support them.
• Assist in the development of the 10Toes brand by monitoring current trends and changes in competitor products and activity and recommending changes as you see fit.
• Contributing to the development and continual improvement of marketing and sales plans.
• Executing promotional events and activities when required
• Maintain CRM in line with requirements and develop effective and efficient call plans.
• Represent 10Toes Brewing at selected offsite events ranging from Beer Festivals and in venue events such as tastings.
• Complete necessary administrative reporting and communications on a timely basis.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a Sales role, particularly in FMCG or liquor
• Strong industry and retailer network would be highly regarded.
• A strategic, relationship-driven approach to sales that is successful in today’s competitive market.
• Passion for Craft Beer 
• Strong financial acumen and reporting skills
• A focus on Quality, High achievement, community, integrity
• Exceptional customer service focus at all times
• Excellent time management skills: able to be proactive and take initiative.
• Current Australian driver’s license and RSA
