The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join the Buildsafe Victorian team, supporting residential builders and construction clients across the region.
This role offers a mix of office-based coordination and on-site client engagement. You’ll manage your own client portfolio, spending time both in the office handling quotes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity, and out on site meeting builders, understanding project requirements, and strengthening relationships.
Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with operations and account management to ensure a smooth experience for clients from initial enquiry through to project delivery. Your focus will be on growing existing accounts, maintaining strong working relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase Buildsafe’s presence across residential projects.
This role suits someone who enjoys balancing structured sales administration with face-to-face relationship management.
About You
You’re commercially minded, well organised, and comfortable switching between office-based tasks and time on site. You take ownership of your workload, communicate clearly, and follow things through.
You’re confident engaging with builders and site teams, but equally comfortable managing CRM activity, quotes, and internal coordination.
